8/06 - 59 min (walking - Only thing I can fit on on Wednesdays with my schedule the way it on Wednesdays)

Well I pulled a hip muscle mid July and have been in rehab but I think I will be able to start running in the next few days so I'm back to see if I can squeeze 24 hours into 3 weeks versus 4 weeks.0

I challenged myself to walk 100 miles in July and made it to 103.2. It took me 26 hours 15 minutes. This month I had hoped to beat that distance, even if it was by only one mile. So far, I am not walking nearly as much at the start of this month as I did at the start of last. I need a little push.
I figure that if I join this challenge, I will be motivated to at least meet if not surpass last month's mark.
