    8/2: weights, bike, and walk: 70 minutes
    8/3: 12.73 mile hike: 199 minutes
    8/4: 5k run with 12 minutes of walking after: 39.5 minutes
    8/5: 5k ruck, walk after, weights, yoga, and bike: 99.25 minutes

    8/6: 5k run, walk after the run, dog walk in the evening: 54.5 minutes

    8/01 - 46 min (24 minutes of walk and 22 minute of circuit training)
    8/02 - 56 min (34 minutes of running and 22 minutes of circuit training)
    8/03 - unscheduled rest day cry (Didn't get home from church until 10:15pm. Haven't had supper. Food won over workout)
    8/04 - 22 min (circuit training - I was going to go for a run today as I was off, but by the time I got up I changed my mind!)
    8/05 - 90 min (58 min of walking and 32 min of running)
    8/06 - 59 min (walking - Only thing I can fit on on Wednesdays with my schedule the way it on Wednesdays)

    Well I pulled a hip muscle mid July and have been in rehab but I think I will be able to start running in the next few days so I'm back to see if I can squeeze 24 hours into 3 weeks versus 4 weeks.

    I challenged myself to walk 100 miles in July and made it to 103.2. It took me 26 hours 15 minutes. This month I had hoped to beat that distance, even if it was by only one mile. So far, I am not walking nearly as much at the start of this month as I did at the start of last. I need a little push.
    I figure that if I join this challenge, I will be motivated to at least meet if not surpass last month's mark.
