So.... I started this challenge and I already feel discouraged just after the first week. I weighed in at 150 last Friday and now...a week later I am up almost 3 pounds. Don't feel discouraged, please! I was at first too, because I was weighing more than I was a few weeks ago, but I'm still doing my thing and as long as you're taking the right steps for you, you're still making progress in other ways, whether you SEE it or not! I can't see your profile (and I'm not an expert either, so I probably wouldn't be able to give you much advice in that area), but it could be a number of things.. are you weighing at the same time of day in the exact same way? Is it that TOM? Are you weight training? Those could all be factors..0 -

8/2: I'm in. Been struggling all summer with not losing anything plus a sprained ankle kept me off my feet for 3 weeks.
8/9: I'm 110% positive this is a false number. I have maintained my calorie goal and had some good workouts this week. I saw progress at the beginning of the week, then TOM came and wrecked shop on my progress. Hoping for a better showing next week, but still disappointed in this week.
