you can get all of your farts in for the day in a matter of just mere moments. Before you go to bed, eat a bowl of lima beans and wash is all down with a full glass of milk. By morning you have 1 massive fart. Voila!! calories burnt for the entire day!!0

I just sharted... Does that count as extra, or IF to failure?
That would be the "Leanstains" program right? I've heard a lot of interesting things about the results people are getting from their sharts.0 -
I tried a farting cleanse once- where you eat nothing but beans an broccoli for 3 straight days and clinch your but cheeks (to build up pressure) until the 4th day- during which you spend the entire day releasing the gas.
That day almost got me fired and divorced...0 -

Is it ok to exercise in a farted state? I'm worried I'll feel woozy.
Ensure good ventilation in your exercise area. Do not take deep breaths.0 -

Scientifically there have been studies that being involved in intermittent farting can lead to a reduction in cancer risk.
Some say this might be exaggerated.
