    almost back where i started. :( i either need to be more strict about my calories or exercise more. ugh! honestly, if i could just get to 120 and stay there, i would be thrilled.

    So, I was wondering why the scale wasn't moving very much the last 2 weeks... I had to adjust how many calories I was eating. Def saw a difference this week!!

    haha okay well I had a hard week I've been so sick. I've had the worst cold of my life and all I could manage to do this week was sleep, lay around and eat. Considering that 0.2 loss isn't so bad.
  • Well, I'm not QUITE where I wanted to be for my goals, but I'm still getting there! Started Zumba last night! WOW! Love it! Gotta get my eating under control though! I've been allowing myself to indulge in take out way too much and besides the fat, the sodium is going to sabatoge all my efforts!!

    I did shop online for a target outfit, but nothing excited me as much as that dress hanging in my closet one size too small. So I'll stick with that!! Thanks for all these challenges though! Makes it fun!

    you may not have gone wrong anywhere. weight fluctuates. and you have lost some serious poundage in the last several weeks. you body may have decided that that was too much and is holding on to the weight to prepare you for a famine. or your time of month may be near. or it's water weight. or something else. just continue to log faithfully and it will go down again.

    My new exercise for this weekend was walking up hill (steep:noway:) It was a nice experience and we're going to try to go at least twice a month.
