looking forward to weighing in tomorrow. Don't thing I lost any! Last week was rough with a cold. Feeling much better now so its time to get back on track!
I upped my calories to help kill the cold. So I think I will be taking that number back down tomorrow.

Wooohoooo! Now let's just see if I can hang on to that loss and keep pushing forward!!! Wish me luck! I have set my next goal already for when this challenge is finished. I have been doing the 30 Day Shred (but I was so out of shape that it has taken me way longer than 30 days, but that's beside the point) and I'm almost finished. My goal is to kick level 3 of the Shred in the butt between now and the end of this challenge, then I'm moving on to the 30 Day Slim Down routine that incorporates 3 of Jillian's dvd's. If anyone else is interested in joining me, l'll post the link towards the end of this challenge so you can get the routine.

Last week was great, I am 2 lbs lighter WooHoo!!!
Although I only got to work out 3 days I found I made less unhealthy choices and it really showed on the scale. Actually my official weigh in days is on Saturday and this morning when I weighed I was actually 177lbs but I didnt want to jump ahead of my self just in case that was a fluke :bigsmile:0 -

how was your weekend everyone? mine was pretty good. a productive saturday and a lazy, snowy sunday. nice! i tried butternut squash fries again and they were okay, not gross but not something i love. i guess i would eat them once or twice a year. if i had to. still need to get around to eating beets. anyone a fan?

jenny, i love brussel sprouts! i am glad you tried them and liked them (and yes, try them with parmesan cheese sometime - everything is better with cheese. lol).
I was going to try beets...maybe next time I goto the store...I hate almonds so I just tried them again and I still do not like them...but thanks for the ideas...i am definitely going to explore the vegetable aisle.0 -

Down .8 in the last 5 weeks... I am getting *so* frustrated. If I only had a few pounds to go (or even 20 or 30 pounds) this would be okay. But with at least 80 pounds to go I am feeling like I am never going to get to my goal weight or even anywhere near it!0
