sorry this wasn't posted yesterday! we were traveling all day and i didn't have time to log in before leaving town. if anyone wants to do a challenge this weekend, it is: TO WALK OR RUN 3 MILES (OR 5k) AND BURN OFF THOSE EXTRA HOLIDAY YUMMIES. i will post the challenge on thursdays after the weigh-in. it will be a random idea and you can chose to participate or not. if you do, have fun working up a sweat! :)

i wanted to do this challenge but since i hit a tree on my toboggan and hurt my leg i can't do this weekend's challenge :(

This may not be a true weight this morning as I am on a liquid diet and cleanse until I get a cancer check this afternoon. I only consumed 800 calories yesterday. Still, my scale yesterday was only 2lbs heavier so I consider it progress nonetheless - we'll see what tomorrow brings. Oh and AF is due today too so I'm sure I'm screwed up all over the place where the scale is concerned! I usually gain a couple of pounds because of it so...???!!!!

I only walked the one day. :( Still, it was good to get out even the one time.

Thank goodness the holidays are almost over. I have been pretty focused...just not so much on weight loss. But that's okay. I have been doing really well with eating. I just need to get that exercise in there. I'm feeling a little slothful these days....I joined my local gym...something I only do in the coldest of the winter months...and am going to make a visit there once before the New Year. I'm a firm believer in ringing in the new year being able to live out your resolutions rather than starting them on the 1st. So, I'm going to ring in the new year already being alcohol free (I love a little wine, but it doesn't go so well with weight loss), already going to the gym, and already making most of my food out of my own kitchen.

Man this is frustrating! I just don't know what I'm doing wrong! I hoping that my before and after pictures show me something that the scale isn't. I've been working so hard and eating so well, if I don't see some results soon I might just

been there friend! just stick with it!
