    I only missed one day of water, other than that the challenges were a success this week! I'll be interested to see what I weigh in at tomorrow.

    After my 12 hour shift today I have nothing to add to this.... Getting very discouraged My caloried have been in decreased my exercise has increased and I am just not losing at the rate I feel I should be...Guess I am just having a poor me day.. But I did not turn to food and eat off plan.. I will continue to stick too it only because I am determined to get these last few pounds off...Hope the scale is good to me in the morning..
