    I lost 0.6 pounds this week. I'm down to 215. It's not a big loss but I'll take it.

    lost only a fraction of a pound but at least it's a loss and not a gain!!
    If my math serves me right, it would be .6 of a pound...

    Total Loss 8 lbs!!

    I am really thrilled with my total weight loss so far. Bring it on week 4!!!!

    Not happy today, weighin is a gain of 1.5 pounds to 246.
    Did extra miles of walking plus joined Zumba, and stayed within calories. WTG to all those that lost this week, there were some big losses!

    WTG you all. So proud of your weigh loss!!!!!

    I am down to 182, that's a total loss of 4.6. Took me a few weeks to lose, don't know why i wasn't losing anything as much as i have been working out, but finally!!

    I only lost half a pound this week. This after working my butt off, However I know it is my eating that has to get under control. Even though I dont notice a big wight drop I can still see the muscules forming and changeing so at least that is good. Just hate when you work so hard that the weight is still there,

    I did most of the challange this week. Except the toe raises I broke my foot a few years ago and those really bother the area I broke it. Hope everyone else had a great week!

    I cannot weigh in until Monday, I am out of town and do not trust the scale here:).... as it has me down much more than I believe I am. So I will update my weight with this thread next Saturday.

    I am good about drinking water, so 40oz a day was easy each day. I usually get that in by lunch each day.

    3/3 on the mile+ (walk and run)

    No dips, No raises
