August weight loss so far: 6.60 -
So this week's gain is water weight - I had a few days of indulgence but by logging everything it looks like I should have been eating at near maintenance this week, I certainly wasn't over by 10,500 calories required to gain 3lbs of fat! Here's to shifting that water gain so I'm back at my goal for the month. (This was why my goal was to only lose 3lbs this month - I knew we were away for a mini-break and I'd indulge).

Not sure if I'm going to hit the 5 pounds- had one week where I only dropped .2 and I really did log everything and I exercised, but 3.2 so far for August is not bad, and a little over 7 since the last weekend in July is pretty good I think. Finally the scale moved this week!0 -

8/2: I'm in. Been struggling all summer with not losing anything plus a sprained ankle kept me off my feet for 3 weeks.
8/9: I'm 110% positive this is a false number. I have maintained my calorie goal and had some good workouts this week. I saw progress at the beginning of the week, then TOM came and wrecked shop on my progress. Hoping for a better showing next week, but still disappointed in this week.
8/16: I really don't understand what is going on here. I even went up 3 lbs at some points this week. Confused but still trying.
8/23: HAPPY! Finally! I also feel better. I think my body is not confused anymore! Won't make 5 lbs this month, but I made some progress!
