    Bench is definitely my weakest lift and been stalled for a while so I've dropped the reps to try and break through.

    My goals:

    Squat - 220
    Dead - 250
    Bench - Anything over 90!!

    Never tested my 1RM...

    I haven't deadlifted much over the last 6 months so I haven't seen much of a gain in that lift....and I don't think I have benched in about 4 years so I have no idea what that is at.

    SQ: 315x2 (when I originally posted, my "315" was a half squat. Now they're ATG"

    New 2014 goals:
    BP: 315x1, 275x5
    DL: 495x1, 455x5
    SQ: 405x1, 365x5

    I haven't done a 1RM test yet. I only started lifting in May, 2014 for weight loss. I've been squatting since May, benching pressing since June, and dead lifting for maybe 3 weeks. We all start somewhere. :smile:
