i love bodypump class the most but i hurt my knees and cant go anymore.
followed by distance running. also knee issues but i have been able to do it on good days
walking is how i burn more calories than anything i do and i do it a lot by necessity (i choose not to drive a car)
water aerobics
arc trainer
yoga
weight training but i am not as into it as some... i like my cardio rush better than the burn of lifting.
leisurely biking for fun (not a stationary though, cant imagine anything more boring than a stationary bike)0 -
The arc machine is amazing for burning cals. You feel the burn almost instantly and its a great cardio exercise. I love doing that and jogging/walking fast pace (4.8) as my cardio.0

backpacking and bike riding, in the summer.0

Dancing is the main thing that I do. Lifting weights is the main thing I do for fitness (and at a gym). It's also fun to hike, and sometimes swim. I also enjoy yoga (flow, power, ashtanga, vinyasa), and kickboxing.0

For me variety is the spice of life, I mix it up for instance cycling, strength training, calasthenics, Stretching/yoga, jogging, walking and running, hopping climbing and jumping off stuff with my young Son. My one constant is Wing Chun and has been for the last 2 years. Whatever you do people enjoy it and have fun and a love for life yourself and others.0

I am a cardio junkie and enjoy workouts like Spinning, Insanity vids ...intense stuff that focuses more on endurance. I'm now starting to appreciate strength training...so I just do both now.0

Everything EXCEPT running...400m is 350m too far................0

I have to mix it up a bit. I was getting into a routine of 60 minute cardio workouts (involving rowing machine, bike, elliptical, and treadmill). I get bored easily. lol. Although I was getting in 5 to 6 days a week of this, I hit a wall. Then I started alternating between my old program and hitting the trails jogging or biking, strength training, spinning, and cardio-tennis. Still 5 to 6 days a week for 60 minutes but the weight started dropping off again. I would say experiment and when you find something that works, do it until it's run its course.0

Definitely deadlifting. Squatting takes a close second though0
-
P90X for strength training and hiking for cardio.0
-
stair master makes me sweat the most0

Walking outside and yoga. However, neither of those burns enough calories,so I do a ton of other stuff besides. If it were a perfect world and I weighed 110 lbs. and could eat anything I wanted, I would do a 30 minute walk every day and a yoga class. No more killer circuit training, kickboxing, boring stationary bike/ treadmill, etc., weight lifting and squats that give me knee and elbow pain.0
-
lifting weights, treadmill with incline, eliptical machines and hiking on the rail and trails behind my house. Its a 5 mile circle.0
