    I've got another 3 miles scheduled for tomorrow at at least one 4 mile run scheduled for this weekend. Looks like I need to up my goal!

    Took a few days off, wasn't feeling well. Hot and sweaty 3.22 miles today. Less than a quarter mile to goal (has I realized that I would've kicked it out today).

    8/2 - 6.04 miles
    8/4 - 3.96 miles
    8/7 - 3.11 miles
    8/9 - 5.19 miles (recovery)
    8/11 - 3.89 miles
    8/13 - 3.08 miles (group run)
    8/16 - 7.00 miles
    8/18 - 3.64 miles
    8/20 - 3.64 miles
    8/23 - 7.01 miles
    8/27 - 3.22 miles

    Total - 49.78 miles
    Goal - 50 miles

    25/8 - Just totted up the last 7 days : 13.25 miles in total. Slacking a bit and won't hit goal, but spending more time in the gym, so not feeling too guilty!

    26/8 - 5,25 miles fast walking
    27/8 - 9.5 miles walking, 1.75 miles treadmill run

    Finished! I know my goal was small compared to some, but this is the first running/jogging i have ever done! Next month, I want to focus on longer run times instead of total miles.

    If I counted my hikes I'd make it, but they aren't running. Oh well, best I've done on any of these challenges!
