Took a few days off, wasn't feeling well. Hot and sweaty 3.22 miles today. Less than a quarter mile to goal (has I realized that I would've kicked it out today).

Finished! I know my goal was small compared to some, but this is the first running/jogging i have ever done! Next month, I want to focus on longer run times instead of total miles.
