Tennis, I play several times a week. I also enjoy running, but I'm not very good at it. I find it really motivating to reach new personal bests! I also enjoy some workout dvd's

I just began New Rules of Lifting for Life last week, and I'm loving it. This is some intense stuff!

I used to be mainly into HIIT cardio and strength training on the standard machines. Now I see the error of my ways! Hallelujah! :)

No, but seriously, learning and performing the complex motions in these workouts is a very rewarding challenge.

    Walking,
Lifting (I'm new to this, can't lift a lot yet, but I'm loving it),
Running (I started running two months ago),
a TRX band and kettlebell class - essentially circuit training I guess,

Am thinking of giving spinning a try soon as my gym has just bought new spinning bikes

On Bodybuilder.com I found Jim Stopponi's Shortcut To Shred program. He has you do cardio acceleration, which is plyometric exercises instead of rest periods between weight lifting sets. No stopping, no resting! It's a killer. I don't think I can go back to regular lifting/cardio routines after this. I recommend it to take things to the next level.

Lifting. Specifically - the press. I love nothing more than putting weight overhead. So satisfying.

Triathlons - that way there's always something to train for. Besides why suck at one sport when you can suck at three
