    A crazy week this week, started well, but went downhill on Thursday.
    Maintained my weight, though, so not too shabby!

    I was shocked at the number on the scale this morning. I worked hard this week, but didn't feel like I lost anything. So to see an almost 4 pound drop was great! Good luck everyone on the coming week, let's finish this challenge strong!

    Definitely fell off the wagon this week. A very good friend of mine is in Palliative Care in the hospital and
    I was having comfort foods to comfort my feelings for her. I am an emotional eater, I have finally
    recognized that after all these years. I know, no excuse. I will try harder next week, I won't meet my
    goal but it will not stop me from trying. :drinker:

    Tiny, tiny loss this week but that's ok. I'm actually really happy about it because #1: I didn't do my greatest eating-wise this week. Some days I was at or just under maintenance. #2: I haven't been feeling well this week so I haven't really worked out at all. And #3: It's my TOM. (Sorry men of the group - I know it's TMI!) So anyways, I know I'm retaining water like crazy right now because of that, and also just being sick in general probably, so I'm sure that next week will be an awesome loss. And I'm only 1 pound away from my goal for the month so I'm excited for that! Good luck to everyone else that is weighing in this morning!!

    Total weight lost: I've lost almost 6lbs since the beginning of the month but hope to lose at least another pound by the end of it! Was over my calorie limit all week but still kept a deficit. (Phew!) Didn't work out as much this week because I've been really busy but the workouts I've had were a really good burn so at least quality over quantity! :) Next week my focus will be making time for exercise and cutting out more soda!

    I've learned that walking to the gym, working out and walking back a few times a week makes the scale move. I hope everyone has a good week.

    The scale is finally moving! It only took about a week of staying within my calorie goal every day.Then I had a day I went over, and the next day I showed the biggest loss.
