    I'm right there with you, Rt foot is painful with every step. I can bike though without pain. I hope you feel better soon.

    Ack, only one week left! I'm going to have to pick up the pace (or go on a long hike)!

    I went out to the pool after my workout to take a hot tub, and I wound up getting in the pool and swimming for a half hour because of this challenge! So it is making me move more. I like it. :)
