Rotisserie chicken breast with pepper Jack and tomato slices on a crusty mini baguette. Also stir-fry veggies, mixed veggies, corn and a chicken leg. Very, very good.
Ice cream with peanut butter granola. {I was a few hundred calories short for the day}

No pic tonight. I had a turkey sandwich with provolone cheese, onions, mushrooms, tomato, spinach and mayo, with a side of red bell pepper sticks and fresh raspberries.
For dessert I had a 1/2 cup of Ben and Jerry's Cookies & Milk ice cream.0 -
Taco night for me! Will post pics soon, but not cooking yet(it's 9.26 in the evening, and I am not ready for supper-I just barely woke up). Should be great. Since I overslept, I couldn't my butt to the store to get salad mix and tomatoes. I also had a few other things I needed from the store, too. Ah well..Will go tomorrow..0

My dinners so far this month:
Those all look amazing but I am especially impressed with the souffle. Oh and the soups and grilled cheese... those are my favorite things! Well done!0 -
My father in law wanted to go out to dinner last night so we went to a neighborhood Mexican restaurant. In addition to the chips and salsa, I had Chili Colorado in flour tortillas with refried beans and sour cream. It was good, but between nachos on Sunday night and mexican last night, I'm feeling it with all the sodium!0

Bump to drool over later0

I had to abort supper plans yesterday evening due to an emotional upset. I ended up having ramen afterwards.
Tonight's supper(emotions provided they're better) will be tacos. Pics later.0 -
A sandwich made with rotisserie chicken breast, cracked pepper turkey breast, tavern ham, Pepper Jack, Colby Jack, pickles and tomato slices. Also had mixed veggies and green beans. Very good. Dessert later.

No picture because it's not made yet, but roasted Spaghetti squash with a grass-fed beef, mushroom/onion tomato sauce topping and a sprinkling of Parm (of course).
Love this low-carb lifestyle, and all the vegetables!0 -

homemade black bean soup and two homemade corn muffins (93 ea)...total only a little over 400! So filling and yummy!0

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Ramen but who needs all that freaking sodium! I made my own Ramen soup (but used the noodles in the packet because they are squiggly and I love them).
My wife makes a noodle stir-fry using frozen stir-fry veggies, Ramen noodles and ground turkey. It is really easy to make and very good.

Making my mouth water. Yummy.
Supper soon, my stomach is starting to yell at me. I will heat it up and post the pic of it.0 -
Chicken on a stick(from this afternoon's dinner at $1.50 a scoop and up Chinese restaurant
Low mein noodles(cooked in peanut butter), Habachi chicken, and Sesame chicken(all from this afternoon's dinner!)
Water to drink, as I really don't feel like drinking unconcentrated cranberry juice from the can. Or moo juice. Or apple cider, or tea(eh, all I have for tea is the nighty night versions). Or coffee, either(well I do want coffee, but can't make anything as it's blocked by trash items stacked up against it-will get that cleaned soon as supper is over).0 -
Turkey sandwich on a cheddar roll with pesto, avocado, provolone, onion, lettuce and tomato. Sides of cucumber and fresh raspberries.
Later, I had a piece of raspberry and white chocolate cheesecake.
