I've tried hard with my logging this week and have been under target every day. I did drop as low as 9st 8lb midweek but I will record today's weight of 9st 9lb for this weigh in on Saturdays. Good luck everyone- we are nearly at the end of month.

Just discovered I've been reading my scales wrong!
I thought each calibration represented 1lb, but actually it represents 2lb!

I weighed myself last Saturday but didn't really log it because it was just a little depressing. I've been logging consistently and I haven't really gained but I still just don't feel motivated right now. I haven't worked out in 3 weeks, so I just need to get back on the wagon. But in the interest of full accountability to myself, I logged both last week's and this morning's weight today. Here's to a better October! [:
