Didn't lose a thing this week. But hey, I didn't gain either! I haven't been doing as well as I know I can though. Mostly because I've been sick as a dog this past week. I didn't get in any exercise at all really, and my eating was a little too close to the maintenance mark for comfort. But I'm not giving up, I'm doing everything I can to get as close as possible to my goal for the final weigh-in on Tuesday! I'm off to a good start, too. Yesterday was my lowest cal intake in weeks. It was still 1400, but lately I've been averaging 1600-1800. I see that a lot of other people are close to their goals too!! Exciting! Let's do this!0 -

Total Lost: 8lbs!! and over my goal! I can't believe it!
I weighed myself yesterday and it said 195.2. Weighed myself today and I weigh 193.8. I weigh myself every day (it helps me see how different foods affect my body.) But before I update my weight in my log I make sure I weigh that much for at least 3 days. So even though the scale said I weigh 193.8 I'm going with 195 for this week. I went over my calorie goal often but still kept a deficit each day. I'm kinda shocked how much I've lost this week. I eat really similarly each week because I spend most of the six out of seven days at work so my lunch is pretty similar day to day. My biggest battle has been with soda but I've made sure to log all that I drink. Luckily it hasn't affected my weight loss but as my real goal is to trim off unhealthy foods I'm losing the battle this week!0 -
