    Missed weigh in yesterday, but have exercised at least 30min for 28/30 days! :) Up to 197.0 this week, that's a gain and down 3 total for the month and 47 to go til 50. Next week should be alot better.

    Hi All,
    My scale battery died so I don't know for this morning (as soon as I get a new 9volt I'll post the weight). But.... Drum roll please...... I have to buy new pants!!!! When I lost weight last time only lifted weight to lose. No change in diet, no change in aerobic activity. I tightened up, alot, but never lost a size. I think maybe, just maybe, the combo of aerobic (basically daily), weights (3-4days a week) and watching what I eat (staying below 1800) has done wonders! I don't feel hungry, I don't feel deprived, I feel wonderful!!! Maybe this aerobic stuff isn't so bad!!! :-p. Lol. Last week I was down to 223.5, I am hoping for a loss but KNOW things are better cause of how my clothes fit! :-D

    I thought that I had lost the thread!!!! We are all so excited and prolific...we used up all of our space! I am sorry to be posting this late as I couldn't find you all!!! :)

    Hi! Not sure if it's too late to join, but I'd like to if not. I like the July 1st goal cause we've planned a trip to Orlando on the 3rd, so I don't want to scare all the kiddos of the sight of me in shorts!!!

    On Jan 22, 2011 I was 246.8
    On Jan 15, 2011 I was 247.8
    On Jan 9, 2011 I was 248.4.
    Starting weight on Jan 2, 2011 I was 253.4

    Down 2LBs this week. Worked really hard but I am so Glad the Scales are still moving in the Right Direction. Thats 7lbs of Butter in 2 Weeks! ;-)
