Not a great achievement but going in the right direction.

Good Morning Everyone!! Hope you all had a great week. I'm down 2.6lbs!! Considering the week I had that is awesome. I guess I should have shovelled more of the 2 feet of snow we had to burn up some more calories. No worries though more snow on the way. It is my birthday this weekend so I'll probably eat and drink too much :drinker: but it is only 1 day and I'll have to behave the rest of the week. :flowerforyou:

1.5lb off for me! I'm so pleased, I am now under 160lbs! Hopefully I can make it under 150lbs by the end of this challenge!

I'm down 1.2 lbs I'm SUPER happy about this loss! I'm finally seeing some weight drop off I've noticed a change in the way some of my clothes fit and the way my legs seem to be getting harder...if that makes sense .

I'm still chugging along since I broke my ankle. I cut my calorie/carb/fat allowances back to try to balance out the major decrease in activity to accommodate.

Very proud of my progress so far. I need to lose 1.2 pounds a week to meet my goal of 168 (for the 3 months)0 -
So I unfortunately gained a little bit of weight this week. But I'm on my period, so I'm thinking it could be because of that? I also was sick this past weekend and wasn't very good at logging my food. I guess this happens and now I'm going to go the gym and try and get myself back on track for next week!

Hey everyone! I am missing quite a few weights still so I just plugged in the same weight as week 4 for those people so that I could get this out! It looks like we lost over 53 lbs JUST THIS WEEK and we are at 267 pounds TOTAL for our group. THAT IS AWESOME!!!!!!

I just noticed that we have the same starting weight and goal weight! You're a bit ahead of me but I was wondering how tall you are? My friends keep saying 150 is too small for me at 5'9.5" but I was 160 in college and that was okay. I wanted to lose 5 pounds even then.0 -

I'm 5'9" and am hoping to get down to about 155 lbs. I was about that weight and college and was very long and lean. Sometimes my family would bug me about being too skinny, but I think it's just because I am part Polish and if you don't have a heavy frame then you're looked down upon! haha.0
