    I'm in! I am joining late, but I'm definately in! I need some motivation so am willing to give this a shot. 24 hours over the course of the next 20 days isn't so bad...is it?

    Ok I haven't tried one of these challenges yet but maybe this will get me out of my rut... I'm a little late but we'll see if can get close :)

    2/2- 45 Minutes
    2/4- 110 Minutes
    2/7- 60 Minutes

    = 215 Minutes

    1440 Minutes - 215 Minutes = 1225 Minutes to go!

    7th - 1 hr 20 mins (20 mins 30 day Shred L1 D7 & 1 hr Wii Free Step)
    8th - 20 mins (30 day Shred L1 D8)

    8 hours 5 mins down. Woo hoo!!!

    just found out about this, but i'm in!

    4 hrs, 50 min. down.
    19 hrs, 10 min. to go!
    and I'm going to zumba and interval training classes tonight for another 100 minutes!

    feb 8 - zumba 56 minutes
    - running 15 minutes

    2 mile power walk, 30 day shred and 30 minutes of yoga

    I've been "in" this group since finding out about it, but never posted on here. So I decided to finally post to keep better track of this thread, as opposed to going through every thread on this website until luckily finding this one. Now it'll be much easier! My progress for February is in my bottom ticker. Woohoo - let's do this!

    30 minutes on the treadmill && 60 minutes ZUMBA!!!!!
    that brings me up to 6 1/2 hours so farrr!!

    2/8--1 hour bootcamp, 15 minute stationary cycle
