I had a great week. Burned over 5000 calories (per my HRM) and didn't eat over my goal (except for one day and it was only 300 over) but my scale didn't budge. Hopefully next week the scale will be nicer.

Well i guess thats better than gaining all those pounds i though i was sure to gain. Felt so sick, i didn't track most the week and barely got out of bed to go to my college classes most the week. I will be happy but i gotta step up my game.0 -

I am so proud of myself this week. I really stepped up my workout routines and even after eating out Friday night, Saturday lunch and Sunday lunch, I still saw a loss this morning. I feel like this is validation that I am making a lifestyle change and can still be out in "real" situations, yet make good choices!

With this being my first week of truly tracking every flavor morsel I ate or drank, I was amazed with how decently healthy my normal food choices are. I think it is double amazing to realize that I "taste" alot when I am cooking. I have had to slap my hands so many times as they tried to put that spoonful of sauce or whatever to my mouth while cooking. I am really hopeful that if I continue to stay away from that, I will do much better with my transformation.
