  • Never done this before, so I am going to try. I'm in, I hope this helps, I've been having a hard time at it.
    lets say 230 weigh in
    1st goal 200 by April 1,
    2nd goal 180 by June 12, this is my 24th anniversary, I would like to be at this point.
    3rd goal 175 by July 19, this is a mini goal, it's my birthday.

    My total goal is 145, before Christmas 2011

    So do I check in every week on the same day?

    OK, I hope April Fools works better for me than Valentine's Day. ;)

    Starting weight is 174.

    Goal weight for April 1st is 165.

    You can check in when ever you would like. When I update the sheet I look back to the last time it was updated and change anyone that has posted a change.
    HOWEVER, this time around everyone needs to atleast say 'Hi', even it there is no loss to post. If there is no word from someone for 2 weeks straight, they are off the list :)

  • I'm in! Vixens and Foxes vday challenge helped keep me on track. Hope this will too especially since I have a couple of calorific events coming up.

    Current weight - 142, St. Patricks Day goal 138, April fools goal 135.

    Personal goal - I want to start meals out again (and keep the weight off!)

    Good afternoon everyone!!! I had my weekly weigh in today and I am down 2.2 lbs since last Monday. Quickly approaching my first goal of under 200 lbs on Feb 21st weigh in. Wish me luck!

    Hello my friends,
    Of course I am in again....Thanks o-malley for keeping us all going with the pretty spreadsheets!!!!
    I am starting at 203 and I am changing my goal to 195. I am really hoping to hit it this time!
    For those of us who have been doing this a while, we are all starting to reach plateaus. Here are a few tips that I think we can all use -

    ALWAYS eat breakfast........it kick starts your metabolism for the day. NOTE: coffee is NOT breakfast
    If you are a creature of habit in the cardio department, change it up......interval training is great
    If you tend to eat the same foods try some new ones for a week :-)
    Some people hit cardio hard for small periods of time, instead of going all out for 30 minutes try walking briskly for an hour
    Any changes makes your body say....whoa whats going on!!!!
    And of course drink, drink, drink..............who do I sound like????? Begins with a T haha

    Thanks, Margie, for keeping up with this. I'm in again. I did not meet my Valentine's Day goal, but I DID learn a lot and I'm making some changes for this go-round. SW 155.6. Goal for April 1, 145. I know that's ambitious, but I think the weight I recentlly gained back will come off rather quickly.

    LOVE the chart Maggie! I couldn't wait till my Friday's weigh-in to post because this morning I weighed in at 259. (for a loss of 1.8 pounds so far) I am finally saying goodbye to the 260's! *happy dance*.
