    still have not lost anything, am going into **crazy logging all my foods and walking every day*** mode! lol

    Hi! I'd like to join the challenge too, even though I'm a little late. I could use the motivation. Here are my stats:

    Starting MFP weight: 220
    Current weight: 199
    End of year goal weight: 175

    I have some advice: what is your daily calorie alottment? let's say its 1500, try breaking it up. Do 1400 one day, then 1800, then 1300, etc. Average out the week to 1500cals a day, but purposely eat a different amount each day. It may trick your body into weight loss. Something else you could try is taking a couple days off. Don't go nuts or anything, but don't count. Or go out for a nice dinner and don't look at the calorie count. The extra calories may jump start your weight-loss. good luck, you mostly just have to hang in there, it'll happen

    Wow another Friday, another week!!

    How were everybody's results?

    Here's mine:
    weight loss:
    Start MFP:170
    w0:155.4
    w1:152.9
    w2:153.1 ( I gained about two pounds over the weekend and I lost it again)
    total lost with TAROM:2.3 ( hope next week sees more)
    ultimate MFP goal:125
    mini self goal: 151 by the end of the month

    inches:
    inches week 1:
    hips:41 1/2
    waist:35 1/2 ( i don't think i measured right last week)
    bust: 37 1/2

    inches this week:
    hips:41
    waist:35
    bust: 38

    basically I lost half an inch and gained half were it counts:bigsmile:

    this weeks bonus challenge:
    option one: try lifting wieghts, jogging on the spot , or doing stretches during commercials on TV.

    option two: find a new recipe( nothing you've tried before) that's healthy and try it out.
    Suggestions: try looking at cookbooks in the library.

    you should share....that is the best part of this thread, it can put us back on track if we fall off!

    I am here for you...and we are not perfect....I just so happen to lose a pound...that was after 4 wks of nuthin'!

    Don't get mad at bad results!! Get even!!! And take pride in the wieght that you have lost. Remember that we are all here to support each other. I keep on gaining and losing the same two pounds!!! It's kinda aggravating so you guys aren't alone! we are all here for each other....end motivational sappy speech

    1 lb lost here so far, slow and steady! next measuring day on the 1st of October, tummy feels better this week too, not as 'boated' :happy:

    CANT WAIT to get to the 180's! its been about 3 years??? :blushing:
