THE 10LB CHALLENGE

Welcome!!! I am so glad you have decided to join the 10lb challenge!!!

Ultimate goal for this group is to lose 10lbs by April 1st. March has five weeks in it so this equates to a healthy 2lb loss a week! I will also include mini goals so keep coming back to this thread to get/give all of your updates!

Ok, so let's have everyone post their current weight and pounds lost weekly. This will be on your normal weight in day.

    I joined myfitnesspal on Feb. 21th. Before I joined, I had already lost 4 pounds, but since I joined, I lost just 1 pound.

    No, You dont have to do anything you do not feel comfortable doing. On your weigh in day you just say," I lost ___ lbs!" I am glad your here!!!

    Think about it this way, If you can lose the 10 lbs by April 1st, you can be in ONEDERLAND by April 15th!!! Now, that's motivation!!
