I'd love to try this challenge, but it might be slightly unrealistic for me right now. Tomorrow I'm traveling out of the country for a week, and am unsure of when (or even if) i will really be able to get some serious exercise in. I also don't want to hold back so much with food, or I'll have a terrible time worrying about everything. However, I think over the past month or so I've learned some serious portion control, and I'll be sight-seeing enough that I'll still lose some weight. As for the rest of March, after the 15th, I'm gonna bust my butt!
Current weight -- 144.5
Would like to be -- 134.5 by April 1st
Will still be happy if I am -- 138.5 by April 1st

my height is 5'11"
weight is 170.6 (as of like 1 hour ago)
my goal weight over all is 160 or less. i dont want to pressure myself to be less than that because i just want to be healthy and happy with my body again, and i am getting there. since starting mfp i have already lost about 4lbs, and before that i had lost about 2 lbs.
so by April first my goal is 161 (i am rounding up for just in case i screw ups... lol)

Current weight as of today - 166.5
Goal for April 1 is 155... i think if i can actually commit to tracking calories every day and exercising at least 3 times per week i can do it. the weekends are hardest for me since during the week I sit in front of a computer and can track each bite as I eat it. On the weekend, tracking cals is more of a commitment, so hopefully this challenge will give me a push in the right direction.
Actual end goal is to be around 125/130.

Water isn't a problem for me. I drink A LOT of water, every day. I'm already finishing up my 8th glass and there is still some time left in the day. Typically during the week I get in around 16 glasses a day!
I weighed-in today and showed a 2 lb gain. But, it's t.o.m, so that will probably be gone and then some in another day or two! Hoping for a MUCH better weigh-in next week!
But, I lost an inch in my waist and a half an inch in my hips, so I think that offset the scale gain nicely!0 -

That is great!!! I drink tons of water too and I really think it helps in losing weight!! Congratulations on your lost inches! That is awesome and trust me, I am not looking forward to next week since it will be my TOM....ugh! I hope I can fight the cravings for chocolate!! WTG!! :flowerforyou:0 -
