Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone has been doing a great job with the challenge!
Here is the daily update format.

i would like to try this challenge! It seems the right one to motivate myself to get more exercise. I do not have heart monitor tho. So i will just use mfp guided enteries.
