    made it tonight with a few mods... forgot the salsa, used a can of corn instead of bag of frozen, used can of regular diced tomatoes (cuz i don't like rotel, only red gold for me!), but then threw in a small can of diced green chiles, added sliced black olives & 1/4 cup of taco seasoning. waited for hubby to taste it before telling him what was in it (he hates cream cheese, or any white creamy condiment for that matter), but he loved it. definitely saving this recipe!

    I make something similar, probably even found it on here, but with a couple modifications, such as no cream cheese and more salsa. Very deliciousness.

    Some of the girls here in the ER decided that we would make this for our lunch here at work today. Started the meal around 8 and it was ready by 12:30.. IT WAS DELICIOSO! Sooo good.. Next time tho, we'll make enough for the entire hospital, seeing as how everyone that passed by said THAT SMELLS GREAT! DEFINITELY a keeper!

    Made it yesterday. It was really good and leftovers are a plus. I wrapped a serving in a low calorie tortilla with shredded lettuce. I was a little dubious of adding the cream cheese, because, it was really tasty without it. I am so glad I did! One of the added benefits of the cream cheese, is, it makes the dish so much richer. With that added richness, you are more satisfied with one serving.
