I've just started level 1 today - nice and sweaty now!
Can anybody suggest how many calories (roughly) you burn in doing Level 1? I've searched the Database but can't find anything.

Can I join ?, started on the 10th. It's going well but seem to have gained 3 lbs. Anyone else found this? I'm still under my cal goal (not able to eat all exercise cals back).0

I got through day 2, but I'm not sure I'll do it tomorrow, as I go to Zumba on the morning...if I have time I'll squeeze it in...
Am enjoying it, but, boy, feel knackered on tops of thighs and across shoulders!0 -

I also picked up No More Trouble Zone and the BANISH FAT, BOOST METABOLISM for the 30 day Slim Down created by Jillian. This is what it looks like if anyone is interested. I'm in! I will be doing day 2 today, as I did day 1 on Saturday. Will check in to this thread daily to see how we are all doing.

Day 2, Level 1 done! Switched to 5 lb weights - used 2 lbs yesterday and it didn't feel challenging enough. I struggle with the sit ups (3 c-sections under my belt) but the rest was great. Definitely will be supplementing some cardio in. Shred!0

Actually I found it while surfing the internet. Jillian put it together herself. I found it when I searched "30 day slim down". I decided I wanted to try the No More Trouble Zones today...please are you serious if I don't see a change n my body I will be highly upset. I did about 10 to 15 minutes..sweat was running down the middle of my back. I had to turn the tape off and go back to the 30 Day Shred..lol. I need to purchase some three pound weights.

i LOVED level 1 day 1 yesterday - must be fitter and stronger than i thought. Felt bad for my housemate eating herlunch downstairs whilst i jumping jacked in my bedroom though! Thighs are feeling it a bit today, im going to shred day 2 in just a minute.
I'm using tin cans as weights....haha! they dont feel heavy, i really need to get some proper ones(i.e. steal from the boyfriend) but i still found the backs of my shoulders aching!
Is anyone else aching in wierdplaces?
Also, i LOVE jillian micheals. She's awesome!0 -
I started Monday too. I am hoping this time I actually complete it. It's been awhile since I did it and today I woke up incredibly sore. Still managed to do day 2 but there was some struggle.0

Hey all,
I started 30 Day Shred this morning, and found it harder than I thought I would! I think I'm going to do Shred 4 times a week, and then try and run twice a week (if my body lets me!) but I need the motivation - and the accountability - of this thread. I'm hoping to see a difference by the end of April...

I'm on day three and my shin bones are really aching, no idea why!
I've been getting up at 6am to shred before I go to work, and weirdly enough I'm actually quite enjoying it! Makes me feel much more awake during the day also nice to put some exercise in my diary before i've eaten much food0 -
after day 1 my outer thighs feel a bit less flabby!!?? Maybe its just my imagination!?? Overslept today (darn daylight savings) so didn't fit it in this morning. BUT I know that Jillian is waiting for me when I get home!! LOL0
