Well it's Saturday! Unfortunately I did not lose this week :-(. Since I only lost 1 pound last week I guess I am on a plateau. I did lose a half inch round my waist though...go figure! Anyway, start was 245 and my weight this morning a stubborn 225. I won't worry about the missing weights....thanks for making the chart!

Good morning everyone- weighing in at 224.8 which is up .8 from last week but thats ok because I have a major blister on my foot that has hindered me from running like I wanted too and its TOM so you win some and lose some right! Just going to keep trucking forward. I should have the chart updated by Sunday once everyone weighs in. HAve a great day!0

A bit late this week... and when I got on the scales I know why I was scared to weigh in. I put on 3 pounds this week. Not good but totally deserved. Have now joined a gym again and getting back in to it. Still gutted about the weight gain though:mad:

Thanks for the chart! My total lost for the challenge is off by 4 pounds. It should be 14 pounds lost total. I also noticed that the 1st 3 poeple including myself was off on total pounds. I did not check others because it is late and I have to go to bed.

I recommend you try using MFP to the fullest. Read the Success stories, invite and build a good MFP support of friends also. I see you only have 2 friends. MFP does work if you work it.
Also remember this is not a quick fix. You will have to have Perserverance, Patience, and Patience. Success is never giving up. That is what happens to so many on the weight loss journey. The are all pumped up and excited for a month or 2 and some less than a month and then they decide it is too hard and just continue to go. I know from experience I was the same way. You can do it if you believe you can and if you really want it. Hope this helps.:flowerforyou:0 -
