240 minutes today.... I didn't think I would make it, but I did and I feel great now! (as long as I'm not on my feet :laugh: :laugh: )
I passed my goal for March with today's workout. Woo hoo! I think thats the first time ever I met the goal for the month, now I'm excited to see how much I exceed that goal.0 -

An hour and a half for me today...20 minutes running 70 minutes walking. I think I set my goal too low...I'm changing it from 1000 minutes for March to 1200. That increases my daily goal from 30+ to 45+ minutes for the remaining 12 days in March.0

I changed my goal from 100 miles to 150 miles for the month. I have been working very hard because of a Biggest Loser contest going on in the school where I teach. I am currently in first place and we have two weeks left so I am very motivated.0 -
Well I'm steaming ahead, and will hit my goal well before the end of the month, not sure whether to extend the goal or let it lie, I will still be doing the walking in any case - not having a car I don't have much choice LOL.0

Today was a big day for me. I walked 2-1/4 miles at 3 mph without stopping, without problem and with energy to spare. Two years ago I was so weak I couldn't even climb the stairs to the second floor of my home. It's been a 4-year long ordeal getting my meds right and my energy back. I can't tell you how good it feels. :drinker: :bigsmile:

300 minutes over the weekend. Did 240 w/ Learning2Loveme on Saturday, and then 60 last night. I think I needed this weekend, its actually caught me up on my goal. Without it I was still very very far behind. Hoping I actually make my goal this month! That would be awesome. I haven't made a goal for a while now.0

Did a mile with Leslie Sansone this morning (I do find that she is very good at waking up my body, ready for the day. I tried the 30 day shred one morning and was barely alive for the rest of the day!!!!).
If I'm up to it, I might do a little more this evening.

Did cleaning and grocery shopping and clocked 8089 steps but didn't add anything to my total because I didn't do "official" walking.
March total - 21.750 -
Didn't check in over the weekend but I did walk and get steps in!0
