Thanks for taking your time to write this out for all of us whether this is new information to some or a reminder to those who know this but get absorbed in the diet aspect and forget. I personally am going to give some of these a try today. I love the idea of chocolate milk after a workout it makes total sense. Also the cheat day, not doing that today will save it for the weekend, I haven't really cheated in a while that may just be the thing I need to get things moving again.
