YEA!!! I'm down 1.8 from last week. I was struggling over the weekend, but did good the last couple of days. My goal this weekend is to not put myself in a hole that I need to climb out of.
I hope everyone else is doing well.

I actually gained ( my boyfriend and my daughter were both really sick so I got sick... then my ankle has been bothering me for the last couple of weeks so my doctor said no workouts this week... so being really sick and not being able to do workouts got me discouraged .. but don't worry I'll get back on track on Monday )

Problem is yesterday I was UNDER my calories & I worked out, todays my off day & I went over
