BWAH HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I was a little down that my weight had only gone down by 0.4 since my last weigh-in. Then I realized that was only since MY last weigh-in, not since my last challenge weigh-in!!!!!! I'm in a MUCH better mood now.
PLUS, since my last challenge weigh-in I've lost 4.1% body fat and 4 inches!!!! Maybe the moral of this story is that I shouldn't have the Monday morning check-ins? :P

I'm 5 feet and would LOVE to be 120 lbs eventually, but for this challenge I would be very happy with 125.

I feel ok about the loss this week but know that the weekend ahead is going to be a struggle. I excersize like a maniac but staying on track with food is so hard when I am not working and in structured time! I am going to try and do a better job planning ahead to keep me accountable. Guys and gals you are all doing AMAZING!!!!! We've got so many losers this week...you should be so proud of yourselves. And to those of us that have gained (myself included), don't get down...we can do it. This is a journey, and as you know, sometimes there are bumps in the road (as long as the car doesn't go off the side of a cliff I think we'll be ok :laugh:).
As always, thanks for all the compliments. My ego thanks you as do I. I honestly mean it when I say that I am always happy to help. Each and every one of you keep me inspired each day and I'm so thankful that we are doing this together. :bigsmile:
