Okay, so I just stumbled upon this challenge and I think it's great!
I know I'm late, but is there any way I can still join?
I weigh 139 right now, last week I was 140.2
By July 4th, I'd love to be 129. It's a 10 lb loss for 15 weeks.
It's perfect because my boyfriend and I will be going to Napa Valley
for our anniversary right around that time. I'd love to be slimmer by then!0 -

here's what i have so far....remember you need to give your first weigh in sometime between 3/24 and 3/28 to get on the chart...if i dont hear from you in THIS thread, i'm dropping you from the list...the list is TOOOO big for me to be hunting up weights....i will finish updating the spreadsheet by monday midday so if you dont have a weight reported im not including you in our totals....looks good so far...keep up the great work and hope to see some more weights soon...

I did JM 30 day shred on Thur which has push ups, crunches and jumping jacks, (I didn't count how many I did)
Friday I did 30 crunches, 30 jj and only 5 push-ups. I might get some wall push ups in at work
I am making some changes to my routine. I am going to work out for an hour and a half for two weeks. Then I am going to give my body a rest and just do Zumba and C25K for two weeks. I am really hoping to get below 190 for my birthday at the end of May0 -

For the weekly mini-challenge I am going to try to do 30 push-ups, 30 crunches, and 30 reverse crunches each day plus my workouts. Doesn't sound like a lot, but I use arm weights while doing those and during crunches I do leg movements too. Can't do jumping jacks currently, as I have a bad knee, which any jumping and bouncing affects.
Managed to do the mini-challenge 3 nights - didn't last night due to sore back from cleaning job. Will be back at it for last 3 days though!0 -

I would love to join your challange!!!! I love a good challange, it keeps me focused and my priorities in check. At the moment, I weigh 163 lbs. I have lost 7 pounds using Slim-Fast. I would like to lose 2 lbs per week which would be 28 pounds lost and that will bring me to 135 pounds. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!0
