Considering I ate literally 9 pounds of food of the weekend (not in calories, literal mass!!), have been up on my weight all week, and realized I was eating twice as much peanut as a I was counting..... I was sooo happy to see .4 loss.0 -
Still no loss for me but this should be the end of the gain, usually two weeks into chantix and I will be starting week three here soon. Frustrating but not the end of the world.. Starting back at the YMCA this week. I think I need to mix things up. Hip hop abs or zumba on the days I dont go to they Y.. So I am hoping to make big strides by the end of the challenge.. By hitting my goal or getting really close and continue on my NO SMOKING quest

I did another weigh in today (three days later) and i'm at 137.8 lbs. I let my muscles relax for a day plus only drank like 8 glasses of water rather than 15 to filter out all my water weight. Thought I'd want this weight instead since we are still in the weigh in phase!
