Hi everyone!! I would love to join. Since this is my first week, I will aim for 3500.

Mon: 701 calories burned (20 mins treadmill 1 hour elliptical)
Tues: 411 calories burned (52 mins elliptical)
Wed: 695 calories burned (60 mins w/ trainer, 45 mins treadmill/elliptical)
Thur:579 calories burned (10 mins abs, 30 mins treadmill, 30 mins elliptical)
Fri: calories burned (how they were burned)
Sat:384 calories burned (35 mins treadmill)

Well way short but that was because I was invited out of town on Thursday and left after work on friday and just got home. We walked all over Savannah Saturday and Sunday so also got that in.

Wed: 236--bike ride (hopefully I will have more later!!)

Fri: 480 -- 1/2 hour spin class, and wii dance
Sat: 485 -- 1 hour zumba
Sun: 157 -- hiking
