 It's been a pretty good week of walking. However, over the past weekend, I think I gained a lot of water weight (155lbs. on Sunday ). So, this week has been spent on trying to get that off!0

            Not the results I was hoping for, but I'm not surprised. Despite eating on track 95% of the time, and exercising hard, I didn't lose (or gain) an ounce. This is almost 4 weeks at the same weight, and I'm getting really frustrated. :grumble: Hope next week is better!

            I well I kinda hit my goal I guess. it was 151 and I am now at 151.8...

 Everyone is doing awesome!!!! So far, I haven't been losing lbs. as quickly as I would have liked. However, I AM seeing my body change shape, as I have been losing inches. I'm not sure if I will reach 139 or not, but I'm trying to make my goals realistic. I've only lost 5 lbs. since Jan. 9th.

 I did good at woking out everyday this week,but not so good at my healthy eating goals. This week. I plan to do a lot better on my eating and especially cuttting out the late night snacking! I have already planned out next weeks entire menu with healthy meals & snacks so hoefully that will help me stay on track so next weeks weigh in will be better!!! Great Job everyone!  Loss of 0.3 pounds. Wish it was more, but I'm just glad that the scale is continuing to move. I just can't believe that the past 3 months it never moves more than half a pound a week though, and many times less!0
