Haha you weren't kidding! I noticed that quite a bit of your fat came from coconut oil and that is supposed to be the healthiest fat + metabolism booster. I think I would die on low carb but it works insanely for those who can make it!0 -

Mine's an open book. Not much to read today because I spent the day cooking and being at the baby shower for my first grandchild and the heck with logging that craziness. But it's been filled in almost every day since the beginning January.0

My diary is public, you are welcome to take a look. I don't know that you will find many good eating examples in there, especially not the last week or so. But I am constantly striving to do better, and open to any suggestions or advice that anyone cares to impart.0

Ditto! Some times I can get away with a slice if cheese or Greek yogurt but not much good thing almond milk is healthier anyways!0 -

I am trying to limit carbs and increase protien.
I do not have a scale but I am losing inches, I am 6 foot 2 inches, my size 40 jeans are now baggy!! :-)0 -
