    Monday, 16 hour work day, I worked a double into the morning
    Tuesday, 3 hours of sleep thus far...so, I will start fresh tomorrow
    Wednesday, 85 minutes walking, 525 calories
    Thursday, 55 minutes of cleaning and elliptical 25 minutes dog walking...485 calories
    Friday, 48 minutes elliptical & 23 minutes of dog walking...494 calories
    Saturday, 60 minutes cleaning...220 calories (really cleaned for 4 hours)
    Sunday, 69 mintues brisk walking...414 calories

    Total: 317 minutes, 2138 calories

    I am back from Florida and ready to work off my all the calories I ate/drunk during the long weekend. I was horrible :drinker:.
