    weight loss is very slow, i have lost my motivation, joined weight watchers in my town last night to get some motivation, so hoping that will help! any tips girls? sitting here drinking a pint of water so as not to overeat :blushing:

    I am still in holding pattern as far as weight loss. Added some exercise to my routine, and making sure water intake is good. I am happy because I have lost addl inches on waist and hips and DH said I am looking 'thin' SO What else can a girl ask for!

    If the scale moves this weekend, I will check in!

    I have lost nothing but my mind this week! I have however re-evaluated my nutrition and exercise and have devised a new plan. So next week, I hope to post some movement!!
