    My goal is to weigh 140 something. I am focused on working out and conscious eating 7 days at a time.

    Mar 26 Neck - 14.25 > Apr 16 - 13.5
    Mar 26 Waist - 35.25 > Apr 16 - 34
    Mar 26 Hips - 42.25 > Apr 16 - 41
    Mar 26 38% Body Fat > Apr 16 36 % Body Fat

    Looking forward to next week focus on conscious eating and cardio.:bigsmile:

    question of the week -

    In 2005 I found myself suddenly & unexpectedly seperated from my now ex husband. I had an 18 month old and was the heaviest ever @ 238 lbs. After some months of sadness and floundering around - I decided to take control of my life by making some big changes including going back to school, church and incorporating a healthier lifestyle. My current weight is 148. I have unmet goals that keep me motivated including running a half marathon (Aug 7) and my final weight loss goal of 135 - I will get there and stay there! Thanks to all on this site for giving me new found motivation!

    CW: 153 (mini goal was 154) woot woot!

    In the last week I've lost another inch in my hip from 38.75 to 37.75. Nothing in the waist but maybe my hips needed to shrink more. So encouraged by this group.

    This first one is from october 2010 about 195 lbs when I realized I needed to make some changes. It was my husbands bday party and the only pic that I would let be taken of me.

    Only about one pound this week but I did beat my mini goal. Now I am on vacation with my son on the way to Va and i hope that i can get some good food.

    I just weighed myself again and now I'm down to 182.2lbs. My body is being so silly. Annoying, but definitely silly.

    So I just wanted to let you know that I plan to continue with the challenge, but I'm still sick so I won't be able to weigh in (my scale is at my gym) this week. BUT I still want to do it and will be back next week!
