    I make my own eggrolls as well. You can use phyllo sheets for the wrappers instead of the eggroll wrappers. Take a sheet, spray it with cooking spray. Stack another sheet and do the same until you've stacked 3 sheets on top of each other. Cut the whole sheet into 3 rectangles from top to bottom. Fill them the same way and roll them up. Bake them at 350 for about 15 minutes, or until as brown as you want them. Super yummy!

    I was just about to ask about the egg roll sheets! Don't think we have them in the UK (not that i've seen anyway) So thanks for this!

    Can't wait to give these a go! Love Chinese food and especially egg rolls!
