Ugh not feeling very well, still managed to get to the gym but had to take it easy and only burnt 470. So disappointed and now probably won't get back to the gym for the rest of the week with the kids on holidays. Oh well my hubby gave me a belated Birthday present last night - Zumba for the Wii, so I will give that a go today when the kids go down for a nap. Can't even really go for a walk because the weather is not looking very good for the rest of the week

I think I got off to a good start today, but I feel like I'm cheating with the gardening. I mean, I was definitely getting exercise with raking and hauling around bags of mulch, wrestling with branches, etc, but I guess if an activity isn't only meant to be exercise (e.g. running, elliptical, etc) and has a purpose, it doesn't feel like exercise. Hmm. Meant to go for a run, but couldn't find my headphones and that threw off my night. Bought a new pair and I'm all set to go for a run tomorrow.
