  • I recently just found my fitness pal thanks to a friend yesterday and this sounds like a great way to keep each other encouraged as well as progress in our own personal goals and would love to join this challenge. Only one day into this and I am finding it very helpful and motivational. Thanks so much.

    Ugh not feeling very well, still managed to get to the gym but had to take it easy and only burnt 470. So disappointed and now probably won't get back to the gym for the rest of the week with the kids on holidays. Oh well my hubby gave me a belated Birthday present last night - Zumba for the Wii, so I will give that a go today when the kids go down for a nap. Can't even really go for a walk because the weather is not looking very good for the rest of the week :(
