Was disappointed when the scale didn't move last week, but I stuck with it, and I'm down 2 pounds this week! Sometimes I wish I had a scale that was more exact... Mine only weighs to the half pound.0 -
Looks like I GAINED .02 but after all the crap I ate this weekend it's a wonder I didnt gain more. I HAVE been slacking alittle. No more, I'm going back to adding some "shred" this week. Plus I got a yoga video I want to try. BIG LOSE next week! (I hope)

I missed last week's weigh-in, but this week is truly impressive! I have been working with my doctor, a nutritionist and physical trainer for the past two weeks and it has really paid off in weight loss! Only 3 days until the final weigh in for my work's Biggest Looser competition and I was in second place from the last weigh-in so I think I have a chance of overcoming the other person.
