*closed group* BL challenge May-June

Welcome to the May to June BL challenge! I am Courtni and I am your host as well as a participant! I know things are going very slow going, but please be patient. I will have teams post as of tonight….wrapping up the last challenge.

I am including all the names of those who have joined. I ask that you please please list your SW here, only because it is very hard to keep this many names and weights together starting out. For those that have asked to join on a team, please make sure I have you with who you asked to be with, don’t want to mess any teams up.

Each day there will be a fitness question. The team that answers the most questions correct for the week will receive .5 off their team weight. Make sure you come and check out the questions. Also there will be weekly challenges. For week 1 they will be at the bottom of this post.

Weigh in will be on Sundays. Final weigh in will be Tuesday May 31st. As of right now that gives you 3- days to move your butt and work hard!

Week 1’s challenges.

Monday- eat 2 low calorie snacks.
Tuesday- lift some weights (more muscle burns more calories) let’s build those muscles!
Wednesday- another 20 mins or cardio
Thursday- eat some type of fruit
Friday- 20 mins of cardio
Saturday- drink at least 8 oz water
Sunday- get outside and do something…move your butt!

    I really need this challenge. this is the highest I've been in months. Easter took a bigger toll on me than Christmas and Thanksgiving! I can't wait to meet my partner. Knowing that someone else is depending on me makes me want to work even harder. I am a very competitve person and this is just the push I need to get back in the game!

    If you wish to post it on the forum....you need to go where you have uploaded it and find the code. It will look just like. when you come on to the forum in order for the pic to post correctly, you will need to changetoboth at the front and the last of the url. Just an example.....stuff005.jpg

    the needs to be lowercase on both for it to work!

    Still havent gotten everyones weight.....I am say I am pretty sure Team Cara won AGAIN! but for right now just trying to find to prize winner......should know more by tomorrow.

    I'm still having a hard time getting pictures to show up on here...I've tried several times....I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, maybe someone can help me figure it out? My starting weight is 194.5 and I can't wait to get started on everything!!!!!

    Make sure your on the same team if you requested a teammate.

    I would add your partner as a friend! Exchange email addresses whatever you may need to do in order to keep your teammate active and to give them support.
