Good runs on Thursday night (very wet) and Saturday morning - feels like I'm getting back into it again. 2 runs tomorrow and 3 midweek runs planned when away down South next week. Looking to break through my target either tomorrow night or Tuesday night. Bring it on!!!

I would like to join the running challenge, even though November is almost over. I am recovering from injury so I will set my goal for 80km / 50miles for the month. I ran 10km this morning. Now to figure out how to make the ticker. I am new to MFP so please add me as a friend so I can help support my fellow runners.0
