Walked 4.4 km today in the beautiful sun! Found a great website called Walk Run Jog that let me track the distance by map. Free on the computer!!!!0

You do not have to make a new one from scratch each time! Go back to your signature, and look for the URL for your ticker. Copy it, paste it into the address bar of a new browser window and hit enter. That should take you to a page for your specific ticker. There is a button on there to edit/update your ticker. Bookmark that page!!0 -

MissKash I have my ticker on a bookmark so its easy to get to. Log in, were it says "add" add your miles, hit 'next" then you should should see your updated ticker there on ticker factory and here at MFP.

LOL...Thanks. Trying to motivate myself in any way I can. And thanks to you guys too since you all motivated me to go do some walk/ jog when I had kinda resigned myself to not doing anything today since I am so under the weather with fever and all. It was slow and hard but I am glad I did. Thanks0 -
