Does everyone use weights with their squats, or just body weight?
I use weights for added resistance but using your body weight is great too! Think of how toned we'll be when we're done0 -
30 Push-ups (I'm gonna push past my ability to do only 5 real push ups! :laugh: )

I did 30 sit ups, 30 squats and 10 REAL pushups and 20 MODIFIED! Phew...I even broke into a sweat.0 -
Did it!! OMG, I can't feel my chest from the push ups...
-- 30 push-ups - 6 real! ONE MORE than my personal best! then, on my knees until 23, which was pushing it big time, I REALLY felt up to 27. 28, 29, and 30 were barely a movement, but I did it to 30!!! I'm so out of breath!!
-- 30 crunches - I did bicycle crunches, cause regular aren't enough, so I did "30" of those, on each side (left, right, left, right)
-- 30 squats - I needed these after the first 2 moves for my ego. :bigsmile: I might do pendulum lunges next time (with weights... I miss them from the Shred).0 -
What a great challenge..I am in in in!!
Starting tomorrow though cause I am already tucked into bed for the night:bigsmile: so I guess it will be more like:

for 30 days..I will carry it into June since I am starting a day late!0 -
